Selecting Your Therapy
Our spa offers a wide range of carefully curated treatments. If you’re unsure which therapy will best suit your needs, our reception team will be delighted to assist you. A short consultation can help you discover the most beneficial treatment tailored to your preferences and wellness goals.
Arrival & Punctuality We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you to settle in and begin your relaxation journey without any rush. Should you be running late, kindly inform our reception. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure the next guest is accommodated on time.
What to Wear
Feel free to come in comfortable attire. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a robe, slippers, and disposable undergarments for your treatment. Our therapists follow professional draping protocols to ensure your comfort and modesty throughout the session.
Spa Etiquette To preserve the peaceful atmosphere:Kindly keep conversations soft.Please silence mobile phones and electronic devices.Respect the privacy and relaxation of fellow guests.
Valuables & Personal Belongings While each treatment room is equipped with a secure locker facility, we advise against bringing valuables. The spa is not responsible for loss or misplacement of personal items.
Personal Preferences Your comfort is our priority. Whether it’s the room temperature, music, pressure of the massage, or lighting, please share your preferences with your therapist at any time.
Code of Conduct
We uphold a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate actions, comments, or behavior of a sexual or offensive nature will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the guest may be permanently restricted from future bookings.
Steam & Heat Therapy
Steam can enhance your spa journey by opening pores and aiding relaxation. We recommend limiting your session to 5–7 minutes unless otherwise advised, to ensure a safe and rejuvenating experience.
Pregnancy & Special Conditions If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, please notify us at the time of booking. Certain treatments may be restricted, while others can be customized to provide gentle relaxation. We encourage guests to seek medical advice before choosing therapies during pregnancy.
Food & Beverages For an optimal experience:Avoid eating heavy meals or drinking chilled beverages 30 minutes before and after your treatment.Alcohol consumption before, during, or immediately after a therapy is discouraged.
Feedback & Communication Your satisfaction matters to us. If at any point you feel your experience could be improved, please speak with our Guest Relations Manager or Reception team before leaving.
Payments & GratuitiesWe accept Cash, UPI, and all major Credit Cards.
While service charges are not included, gratuities are appreciated. A 10% tip is considered a gracious acknowledgment of your therapist’s dedication and may be handed directly or at the reception desk.
Memberships, Vouchers & Refunds Prepaid memberships and gift vouchers are non-refundable.Expiry dates on vouchers or memberships cannot be extended.
