Refund Policy
No Refunds: All payments made towards spa services are final and non-refundable. Once processed, payments cannot be returned under any circumstances.Gift Vouchers: Purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Rescheduling Policy

Flexibility to Reschedule: Guests who are unable to attend their appointment may request to reschedule it for a later date.
Guidelines:
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.All changes are subject to availability, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Should you cancel an appointment, no refunds will be provided. You may, however, reschedule as per the rescheduling guidelines above.Missed Appointments: Failure to arrive for an appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
